The Indoor Athletic Facility is located on the Woodruff Practice Fields and is connected to Butts-Mehre Heritage Hall. The connection of the Indoor Athletic Facility to the current facility entails the removal of the Nalley Multipurpose Room and the renovation of approximately 6,000 square feet of adjacent space.

Steel, LLC fabricated the structural steel on 13 trusses at the roof that span over 200 feet long as well as the rails at the catwalk system above that wraps around the roof so UGA athletics can record practice sessions.

The facility was programmed for maximum functionality, as it is approximately 140 yards long, 80 yards wide and 76 feet high, adding nearly 109,000 square feet of space. Construction was completed in Spring of 2017.
