Steel, LLC is excited to be partnering with New South Construction Company on Emory University’s R. Randall Rollins building. The new building will be an 11-story, 185,000 square foot concrete and steel structure weighing approximately 800 tons. It will serve Emory University’s robust public health program with flexible spaces for distance-learning, training, study, and offices, as well as larger rooms for conferences and community events.
Steel, LLC will perform the structural steel fabrication, miscellaneous metals, and erection for the building that should take about 2 years to complete, with construction expected to be completed in 2022.
