Steel, LLC is proud to work with an elite team of engineers at Brittingham and Associates to erect three towering structures in Pensacola, Florida for client Navy Federal Credit Union. The structures will consist of two six-story office buildings with mechanical penthouses, all of which measure a combined 970,000sq.ft.; and one four-story amenities building with mechanical penthouses, which feature cafés and a fitness center, measuring 172,264sq. ft.

This substantial project required heavy structural steel framing with a complex steel system for supporting architectural precast concrete. The structure of the buildings’ frames were designed to withstand hurricane-force winds, guaranteeing their structural integrity for decades to come. The construction team is working on an aggressive schedule to have this project fully fabricated and erected 13 months after the official kick-off date in July 2016.
